Sydney Motor Show 2006

26th November 2006

The Sydney Motor Show is a good opporunity to see what the car makers are up to. The motorshow has something for everyone from Ferrari's to Fords, and even scooters, but no matter what type of cars you like you'll find the motorshow has tonnes of interesting new and prototype cars. Some of the standout cars were the Audi R8 which is such an awesome car. Saab also had a pretty cool prototype coupe sporting a full pillarless wrap around windshield which had you wondering how the hell you get in without ducking under the glass. Also always there were plenty of Ferrari's on show, Alfa Romeo had a really nice couple on display which we really liked too, and Mazda had what looked like a souped up prototype RX9, and Toyota had what appeared to be a polished aluminium IS200 which looked pretty neat too. Ford and Holden didn't really have any stand out stuff this year but Holden at least had the new Commodore on display.
