Summernats 2007

Summernats 20 was awesome. Without a car entered we decided that we'd make our way over to Canberra and spend some time snapping some photo's of the standout cars. There were so many nice cars that you couldn't help but be inspired to ramp up your own projects to participate in the event for next year. Security was tight this year with plenty of security personnel about every 20 metres making sure the the cars driving around didn't get too crazy. If you really wanted to get crazy you could strut your stuff on the burnout pad with Friday set as the qualifier for Sundays burnout competition. We spent a couple of hours trying to get close enough to the action which proved harder than we thought, because if it wasn't the crowds getting in your way, it was the thick smoke billowing off the tires and you just couldn't see a thing.
