One of the most important choices in building your next car project has to be the panel n paint. We recently visited Bonnyrigg Smash Repairs in Sydney's western suburbs because we heard they did some custom paint and restoration work, so we thought we'd check them out to see what they do.
A dead giveaway for a good workshop is a swag of custom built cars parked out front. We rolled up Saturday morning to find a superb custom rod and custom pickup out front, and they were top notch too.

Back in 1972 Mike & Kay Gregorace started their smash repairs business. The difference about Mike & Kay is that they don't just run a smash repair business, they live it. Mike has been and still is heavily involved in the hot rodding scene. Mikes passion for custom builds doesn't start with client cars either, in fact Mike has built a number of his own projects including a 1933 Ford Coupe, a 1955 Sports Coupe Chev, and is currently working on a 53 Pickup.
